Promenade Shops at Briargate in Colorado Springs is an approximately 30 acre retail shopping center that is home to over 50 upscale retailers.

Root Partnership was tasked with a major renovation to the existing site.  This included reviewing over-all site circulation, paving, and landscape.  We developed an overall plan for the center and put in place some major changes to the central hub of the site.
