These days, it can be difficult to discern the trends and fads of greenwashing from the legitimate efforts of being environmentally and socially sustainable and responsible.  Drawing from the knowledge of the LEED APs at Root Partnership, we are able to assist our clients with many of the complicated procedures and challenges associated with today's cutting-edge projects.  Performing at a measured level with regard to sustainability, LEED Certified projects demonstrate the client's commitment to the triple bottom line.  Although LEED Certification is an excellent opportunity to achieve recognition for environmental and social responsibility, many times the economics of the project simply do not allow for the extra expense involved in this process.  In this case, we help direct the client and the project team to implement many of the strategies, materials and processes that produce the energy and environmental benefits, without the added expense of LEED certification.  This method in contributing to the well being of our environment can produce very substantial performance gains which add value to the project.  Our Sustainability services include:
