NorthGate Village is a 19 acre retail shopping center anchored by King Soopers Marketplace, the largest Kroger store in Colorado (120,536 s.f.).

By working closely with the Client and the City of Greeley, we were able to create a landscape plan that relies heavily on ornamental grasses.  This design plays off the prairie grasses that are native to the area, and ornamental grasses require less water, reducing maintenance cost while still delivering high visual interest and impact.
