Skyland Village

Consisting of 68 units in 11 buildings, Skyland Village is a new multi family development located a few blocks north of City Park in the heart of Denver.  Emphasis was placed on pedestrian circulation throughout the site and the connections to the surrounding Skyland Neighborhood. An open greenspace and courtyard area also serves as emergency detention for large storm events, making the most of the limited space available.
