Situated at northwest corner of University Blvd. and Hampden Ave. in Denver, Kent Place is a high profile, high traffic retail center on the grounds of the old Denver Seminary.  The site required substantial grading and engineering work, and Root Partnership worked closely with the Civil and Structural Engineers to insure that plant material and irrigation water would be compatible with the unseen engineering requirements.  This site is home to the first Fresh Fare Kroger store in Colorado.
