Wework is a 4 story class A office building in the Lower Highlands. The building is a LEED certified project.
Root Partnership was tasked with a challenging entry drive plaza space that needed to function as both the primary vehicular entrance as well as an engaging pedestrian plaza space. We accomplished this with the use of paving, both in color and texture. The detail and design create an inviting space for pedestrians to cross the vehicular lanes and draws in the amenity space on the other side.
