Kneaders Bakery & Cafe

Kneaders Bakery & Café is a newly built restaurant on a challenging site in Thornton CO.  Root Partnership worked closely with the Civil Engineer to achieve water detention requirements, tree requirements, and required landscape screening, all on a very tight and constrained site. The street frontage and right-of-way areas were existing, and it was necessary to keep those elements in place while designing and building the new restaurant.
