The Triad is a 22 acre, three-building office development located in the heart of Greenwood Village immediately west of the I-25 and Orchard Road interchange. The project included a major redesign of the primary entry from the south to improve the entry experience and circulation.  A connection to the Orchard Station Light Rail stop to the East was enhanced through landscape, walkways and signage.   Large areas of landscape throughout the site were redesigned and major water saving measures were taken.   Root Partnership coordinated the submittal efforts, redesigned the landscape and hardscape, prepared Construction Documents, and provided Construction Observation for the project.
